Hi, Iβm Anna.
Artist, flower farmer, mother, and founder of The Flower Preservation Co. rooted in Bend, Oregon.
I began creating these unique floral keepsakes in 2008 while earning my BFA in Metalsmithing from Northern Michigan University. Before flower preservation became my lifeβs work, I spent years working with stone and metal, learning to honor raw materials, move slowly, and create with intention.
That same philosophy now lives within every piece I create today.
What began as a heartfelt way to preserve fleeting moments slowly evolved into a business deeply rooted in beauty, memory, and storytelling. Each piece is carefully composed to preserve not only the flowers themselves, but the emotion and meaning they carry.
What began with fruit trees and a greenhouse full of vegetables has slowly grown into an organic flower farm and preservation studio here in Bend, Oregon.
As parents to our two young boys, it means so much to share this life with them and invite them into the beauty of growing, gathering, and creating alongside us.
During the summer months, we run local flower stands around town selling Birdieβs Fresh bouquets, grown and gathered right from our farm.
Thanks for being here.

Flowers Hold Memory
Flowers have a beautiful way of marking lifeβs most meaningful moments. My hope is to preserve that feeling through thoughtful, handcrafted pieces designed to be treasured for years to come.
